We're currently building a nationwide team of 50 U.S. Military veterans to serve in the role of Quantum Veteran Ambassador. Our goal is to become the largest facilitator of veteran owned franchises in the United States and we need results-oriented veterans to assist us in meeting that goal.

JOB DESCRIPTION

QUANTUM VETERAN AMBASSADOR

Location: Remote, Assigned To Your State of Residence

Status: Full-Time or Part-Time

Compensation Potential: $62,500 - $125,000*

Schedule: Self-Determined

Description:

Quantum Franchise Group is recruiting active or honorably discharged/retired U.S. military veterans to join our team in the role of Veteran Ambassador. Your primary responsibility will be to educate military veterans in your state about franchise ownership and facilitate introductions between entrepreneurial veterans and our team of franchise consultants who will assist them with identifying and being awarded franchise opportunities that are the best fit for the veteran.

This is not a sales position. You will not be selling franchises or facilitating financial transactions. This role is 100% educational in nature. You will meet with veterans in your state, in-person, and online, in large group settings, small group settings, or one-on-one to educate them about franchise ownership and opportunities that are available to them. Though much of this work can be done online, you'll be encouraged to also conduct in-person workshops, presentations and conferences as well as participate in-person at events in your state that are hosted by other veteran support organizations.

Your Training and Support:

Upon being selected as the Veteran Ambassador for your state, you will receive comprehensive initial and ongoing training from Quantum Franchise Group and The Franchise Brokers Association. Training will occur via the following channels:

Online videos, courses, and live masterminds
Library of four industry resources
Playbook of 100 methods and strategies for engaging with and educating veterans about franchise ownership
Weekly participation in the Quantum Franchise Group team meeting
One-on-one coaching with President, Will Huffhine
Bi-weekly live franchisor speed rounds to learn about specific franchisors in our inventory
Monthly coaching and progress meeting of Veteran Ambassadors from across the country

Area of Responsibility:

You will be assigned to your state of residence. In most cases you will be the only Quantum Veteran Ambassador in your state. Our goal is for you to have a veteran population of at least 150,000 to serve and educate. Ambassadors in states with a veteran population below 150,000 may be assigned a second or third adjacent state. Some states with very large veteran populations may require a second or third Ambassador in that state to meet the demand.

Qualifications:

Reside in the U.S. and represent your home state
U.S. military veteran (any branch, any rank)
Passion for service and helping fellow veterans succeed
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Self-motivated and reliable; comfortable working independently
Strategic thinker, able to develop and execute programs and initiatives effectively
No prior franchise or sales experience required — full training provided

Compensation Plan:

Everyone on our team at Quantum Franchise Group is compensated via commission when our candidates are awarded their franchises. As the Quantum Veteran Ambassador you will educate veterans about franchise ownership. When a veteran responds with an interest in becoming a candidate and being awarded a franchise, you will introduce them to our award-winning team of consultants who will then begin working with them to identify the best franchises for your candidate, and guide them toward being awarded their franchise.

When your veteran candidate is awarded a franchise, signs their franchise agreement, and pays their franchise fee, you will be compensated out of the commission paid to Quantum Franchise Group.

Annual potential compensation may realistically be $75,000 to $150,000 with 10 to 20 veterans becoming franchise owners per year through your educational efforts. This should not be construed as a guaranteed income. Your actual income will be determined by the skill, focus, and energy you bring to the role, and may be higher, or lower than stated here.
